However the budget being the fuel of the economy and a parametre of defining the growth of the state GDP, it must be subjected to a process that is inclusive, transparent and mostly acceptable to all the beneficiaries esp the poor of the poorest. As actors in tis cause, the time to grab ou tools and get to work is now, and i believe we have all the implements. Lets drive this cause to the desieable end…….. May God protect us and give us new ideologis and innovations to conquer this quest
